The 10210-4290 is on Acura' s and Honda Pilot as Well as Odyssey' s Without VCM (Valve Cylinder Management) While the 104210-4300 is on the Odyssey w/VCM Only (So Far). This Unit Has a Conventional 6-Groove Pulley and Uses the Square C-FR-IG-L Plug.
