Do Not Interchange the Two. The Denso Unit Built to Replace the 17578 (as the 16658 Replaces the 17037) is the 17802 (228000-8420). The 17802 Has Only 2 Mounting Holes While the 17578 Has 3 But This is Not a Problem as the 17802 WILL Fit.
